Her career began in banking working specifically in real estate lending. She then worked for two prominent real estate investors and developers managing their transactions, the office staff and the building they occupied. Dawn was then employed by the largest State of Texas landlord, John Byram. At Byram Properties, she wore many hats and was the Legal Coordinator. She utilizes this extensive experience to guide her clients through the sale and purchase processes. You will find her skills in understanding and explaining the purchase or sales transaction helpful. Her negotiating skills and her ability to stay calm under pressure will prove to be invaluable.

From her first year in the real estate business, Dawn's performance and client focus have earned her many referrals and a consistent place in the Million Dollar a Month Club.
